To make reservations definitive we require a 25 % advance payment (minimum 1 night) which is non refundable.
Remaining sum is required upon arrival in cash. ( or via PayPal in advance )

Cancellation Policy

Untill 14 nights prior to confirmed date of arrival: 45 % of the total price will be charged with a minimum amount of 1 night. 

From 14 untill 7 days prior to confirmed date of arrival: We will charge 75 % of the total price.

Within 7 days of arrival: We will charge the full amount of your reservation.

All transaction and banking costs concerning payments and refunds will be charged to customer and deducted from refund.
